Gary and Barbara have shown dogs professionally at American Kennel Club dog shows all their lives under the POLYGOR kennel name, Polygor is an AKC registered name. They have shown many different breeds and have won many outstanding awards including Best In Shows and National Specialty winning dogs and having the #1 dog in a particular breed. Their breeding programs are well known for healthy dogs with health clearances done for problems including eye diseases, hip dysplasia, heart problems, patella problems, and other inherited health problems. They are both well known and respected in the dog show world.

Barbara and Gary are also members of the National Dog Clubs, GBGVCA, PBGVCA and TTCA. They are both AKC Sweepstakes judges. Many of their purebred dogs are AKC Champions, AKC Canine Good Citizen certified, AKC Therapy dogs, and Dogs of America Service dogs.
